I clicked on a link (on reddit?) thinking it was a picture. Got the “you have a virus, click here to make it go away” and it wanted to charge me money. Just cleared my cookies. Someone will fall for it.

I got the desktop Ucash one... Apparenty it's hard to get rid of, but luckily I got it to go away. No idea how. As soon as it came up I killed the power, when I turned it back on I got a blank white screen. Restarted a couple more times and it was OK... I don't get it.
